Welcome to the Online Enrollment process. Please complete each section. Additional instructions will be provided at each section. After each section is complete click on "Next".
This form is only for new students who have never enrolled in TUSD. If you are an existing student, please use the parent portal here.
If your child needs access to our Special Education Programs, you must contact the office before this process at (707) 677-3631.
Aeries Online Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a student for school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the school where we will review and confirm your application.
Filling out online enrollment does not guarantee enrollment.
To enroll a new student, you will be required to provide the following documents:
- Proof of birth (birth certificate, passport, hospital certificate)
- Proof of address (utility bill, gas, electricity, or water within 30 days)
- Immunization records (medical exemptions are not accepted unless uploaded to CAIR by your pediatrician)
- Parent/guardian Identification
- Court documents (e.g. restraining orders) if applicable
Please make sure you have this information available before continuing. Please note: Entries should be made using proper upper and lower case. Do not use all capital letters. After enrolling a new student, you will have the option to re-use certain information for enrolling additional students.

The online process typically takes 20-30 minutes.
